SVDP Trick or Treat Fun Run Oct. 29

Orange County's premier service provider to the homeless, hungry, and anyone in need, St. Vincent de Paul, is hosting its inaugural Trick or Treat Fun Run. This scenic, flat oceanfront course starts and finishes at Pacific Coast Highway and Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. Proceeds to benefit St. Vincent de Paul and its programs to help people in need in Orange County.

St. Vincent de Paul of Orange County has obtained hundreds of donated items ranging from four nights in Ireland, two roundtrip airline tickets, dinner for four at fine restaurants, to a $250 gift card from Costco. These items will be posted on eBay during July, and the items will change each week. Visit the SVdP Helping Hands eBay Auction at www.eBay.com/svdpoc and bid on these items to benefit the work of the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Orange County.

Summer Camp in Full Swing

The 2006 Annual Summer Camp for intercity children is in full swing for another year. Last year 340 boys and girls were hosted for a week-long camping session at no cost to their families.
