The Orange County Toy Collaborative is a program that is in collaborative between The U S Marine Corps (Toys For Tots), The Fireman's Association (known as the Spark of Love), The Orange County (Operation Santa Claus), and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul together to gather and deliver toys to needy children at Christmas time. The Program is an annual program that starts in August with the application process for Non-profit agencies only who serve the less fortunate of their communities. The Society screens and approves the application of each agency.
